Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds
CastCuts does not offer voluntary refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
This policy does not exclude or limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If you believe a payment was incorrect or a legally required refund applies, contact omnivatissynergy@gmail.com from the email address used for your subscription. Include the payment date and invoice reference, without sending card details or passwords.
Canceling future renewals
Pro costs $9 USD per month and renews automatically. Open Plan & billing, choose Manage billing, and cancel before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund payments already made.
You keep Pro until the end of the current paid period. Future renders then include castcuts.co branding. Existing downloaded videos keep their rendered appearance.
Media retention
Both plans keep media for 24 hours after an upload or import finishes; clips expire with their episode. Pro does not extend retention. Download files you want to keep before the expiry shown in your workspace.
